摘要
社会治安综合治理是当代中国的一大创造,社会转型初期开始实行的社会治安综合治理模式难以应对多重社会矛盾的挑战和满足社会转型期公域治理的需要。鉴于我国公域之治对软法的倚重,现时期应以软法主导、硬法辅助和以软法整合分散硬法的两种路径构建我国社会治安综合治理的新模式。
comprehensive renovating and supervising system of public security is a great creation in contemporary China. The model established at the beginning period of this social transformation is difficult to deal with multiple challenges and meet the needs of the domain of governance. In view of the public domain of China＇s rule of the reliance on soft law,The new model should be build in the two kinds of path of leading soft law and hard law-assisted and consolidating fragmented hard law by soft law.
