摘要
人力资源,作为一种重要而特殊的资源,是人类社会财富产生的源泉,现在己越来越成为人们十分关注的研究对象,企业人力资源研究是人力资源研究的一个重要内容。本文介绍和分析了我国人力资源管理开发的现状,从企业管理信息化发展及国内企业人力资源管理信息系统软件应用情况等方面叙述了人力资源管理信息化的发展状况,对人力资源管理的理论基础及人力资源管理信息化等内容进行了详细阐述。指出了企业在人力资源管理方面的不足;提出企业应把员工作为企业全部财富的一个重要组成部分,以一个整体来分析和规划,使其整体潜能得到全部发挥。
This paper introduces and analyzes the status of human resources management in our country, discusses the development of its informatization based on the development of informatized enterprise management and the application of domestic enterprise human resources management information system software and expounds the concrete content such as the theoretical basis and the informatization, etc.. The paper also points out the problems the enterprises suffer in their human resources management and concludes that the enterprises should regard their employees as an important component of the total assets of the enterprise and should take them as a whole to bring into full play their overall potentials.
