摘要
利用色谱和光谱相结合的方法证明中药吴茱萸中含有绿原酸成分.使用不同的色谱仪和不同的色谱柱,在多种流动相或流速的条件下,制作吴茱萸的色谱图,用仪器自带的化学工作站制作绿原酸成分的光谱图.同样制作绿原酸标准对照品的色谱图和光谱图。二者相比较得出结论.在两种色谱仪、两种色谱柱以及多种流动相的条件下得到的吴茱萸中绿原酸成分的色谱图和光谱图与绿原酸标准对照品的色谱图和光谱图一致,说明吴茱萸中含有绿原酸成分.本文证明了中药吴茱萸中含有绿原酸成分.利用色谱和光谱相结合的方法进行定性分析,简单快捷,准确可靠.
The method of combining Chromatography and spectrum is used to prove that traditional Chinese medicine Evodia rutaecarpa contains chlorogenic acid composition.Using different chromatographies and different columns,on the conditions of a variety of mobile phases or flow rate,the chromatogram of Evodia rutaecarpa was produced.Using the chemical workstation of the instruments,the spectrum of constituents of chlorogenic acid was produced.With the same method the chromatogram and the spectrum of standard reference substances chlorogenic acid were produced.Comparison between the two was made to draw the conclusion: in the two kinds of chromatography,two columns and a variety of mobile phases or flow rate,the chromatograms and spectrum of chlorogenic acid composition in Evodia rutaecarpa and thoes of standard reference substances chlorogenic acid were the same,which indicated that Evodia rutaecarpa contained chlorogenic acid composition.It shows that traditional Chinese medicine Evodia rutaecarpa contains chlorogenic acid composition.The method of combining of chromatogram and spectrum for qualitative analysis is simple,fast,accurate and reliable.
