ATP敏感性钾通道与心肌保护的研究新进展 被引量:2

Recent Advance in Research on ATP-sensitive Potassium Channels and Myocardial Preservation

摘要 缺血预处理(IP)和缺血后处理(POC)对心肌缺血/再灌注损伤有一定的保护作用,ATP敏感性钾通道是IP、POC的重要环节。因而KATP通道在调节心肌细胞缺血、缺氧的病理生理反应中起重要作用。对KATP通道结构、功能调控,在IP、POC中的心肌保护作用以及中药在该领域的研究进展作一综述。 Ischemic preconditioning (IP) and ischemic postconditioning (POC) have protective effects on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,while ATP-sensitive potassium channels (KATP channels) play a key role in IP and POC of the heart.Activation of this potassium channel contributes to the regulation of myocardial cell injury during hypoxia and ischemia.Below,this paper will review and discuss current studies on correlating structure,function and myocardial protection of KATP channels.
