摘要
皮瓣移植广泛应用于整形外科难治性创面的修复中,供受区皮瓣组织血管的质量是手术成功的关键。应用彩色多普勒超声技术可以在术前、术中及术后观察皮瓣组织血管的数目、走行方向、分布范围及血流动力学参数。近年来开展的三维超声、反向脉冲对比谐波成像等新技术使超声技术在皮瓣移植中的应用更加广泛。
Skin flaps transplantation is used widely in incurable wound repair, the blood vessel quality of skin flap and tissue in donor and receptor area is the key of successful operation. Color Doppler ultrasound techniques can be used in vascular evaluation of skin flaps in whole operation process, including the number, traveling direction, distribution and its hemodynamics of the blood vessel. In recent years, some new techniques such as three-dimensional uhrasound, pulse inversion harmonic imaging and so on will be more useful1 in application of skin flaps transplantation.
