脐橙采果与单果薄膜包装保鲜技术 被引量:1

摘要 资源县脐橙示范场从1992年开始采用聚氯乙烯薄膜袋单果包装贮藏脐橙果实,每年贮藏10多万公斤,一般贮至春节前后,果蒂鲜绿、色泽橙红亮丽,风味浓郁,售价可增值1.5~2.0元/公斤。最长贮期可达150天以上。腐烂损耗率仅占7%~8%。一、注意采收技术采后作贮藏用的脐橙果实,一般在果面2/3转色,果实未变软时采摘最佳,采摘过早,色香味均差;
