摘要
PBL教学法是当前国际上流行的一种教学方法。在我国的临床医学教学中运用PBL教学法仍认识理解不足,教学手段运用不当带来的局限性,通过分析国外医学院校在临床教学中应用PBL教学法的特点,给出了影响PBL教学效果的若干因素,为我国临床教学中PBL教学法的开展提供有益的参考。
PBL is an international popular teaching method.In our country,the nature and significance of PBL teaching method has still not sufficiently studied and there is somewhat abuse of it,which brings about some limitations.This paper analyzes the characteristics of PBL applied in overseas clinical universities.Some factors,which will influence PBL teaching effect,are summarized and they will offer valuable reference for the application of PBL teaching method in our country.
