摘要
OPC全称是OLE for Process Control,它的出现为基于Windows的应用程序和现场过程控制应用建立了桥梁.目前,在很多数据集成系统中,都采用OPC技术来做为数据集成的通道.但是由于OPC客户端和OPC服务器之间是通过双绞线来连接的,难免会出现连接故障,从而导致整个系统停运.为了提高数据集成系统的健壮性,设计了一种通过软件实现的冗余OPC数据采集系统,通过客户端层次的冗余方式,以确保系统的安全运行.提出的双OPC客户端同时运行的"热备"冗余系统,具有切换快速、无扰动、易于开发等特点.
The OPC is OLE Process,it bridges Windows application and Process Control application.At present,a lot of data integration system used OPC technology as data integration method.But OPC client and OPC server is through the twisted-pair connection,the trouble will inevitably occur,thus causing the system stopped.In order to improve the robustness of the data integration system,this paper designed a software redundancy OPC data acquisition system,through the client levels of redundancy,to ensure the safe operation of the system was ensured.The double OPC client and operation for the hot redundant system,can be switched and development rapid.
