摘要
为了采用微波消解和氢化-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)法准确测定卷烟接装纸中As含量,研究了消解体系、消解程序和赶酸程度,以及微波仪的类型等对接装纸中As测定量的影响。结果表明:①在微波条件下,HNO3∶HF∶HCl∶H2O2体积比=6∶0.2∶1∶1的体系可将接装纸样品消解完全;②As的检出限为1.38 ng/L,回收率98%~110%,RSD为6%~10%;③Berghof和CEM两种消解仪的消解效果基本一致。
In order to accurately determine As in tipping paper samples by HG-AFS with microwave digestion,the effects of digestion system,digestion procedure,acid removal and type of microwave instrument on As determination were investigated.The results showed that: 1) tipping paper samples were completely digested in HNO3∶HF∶HCl∶H2O2=6∶0.2∶1∶1(v/v) system in a microwave field;2) the recoveries of As was from 98% to 110% with RSD of 6% to 10% and detection limit of 1.38 ng/L;3) the performance of microwave instrument Berghof was virtually the same as that of CEM.
