摘要
采用经十六烷基季铵盐改性的纳米蒙脱土(OMMT)对环氧树脂(EP)进行改性,制备了OMMT/EP复合胶粘剂。通过对改性胶粘剂的黏度、粘接强度、冲击韧性、热失重分析表明,当OMMT质量分数为6%时,胶粘剂的改性效果最好,XRD分析表明此时OMMT与EP形成了剥离型复合结构,SEM分析表明,当OMMT含量不同时,增韧改性机理也不相同,质量分数4%时主要是裂纹钉铆和银纹-微裂纹增韧机理,质量分数6%时主要是多层次的应力分散增韧,质量分数8%时则未起到改性效果。
The paper studied the characterization of epoxy adhesive modif ied by nano-montmorillonite(OMMT) which modif ied with hexadecyl ammonium salt.Experimental viscosity,adhesive strength,impact toughness and thermal gravimetric analysis results showed that the adhesive had the best modif ication effect when the mass fraction of OMMT was 6%.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and SEM results showed that OMMT was highly exfoliated and uniformly dispersed in the resulting nanocomposite.The toughening mechanism changed with the different OMMT contents.There were mainly crack pinning and crazing-microcrack toughening when The mass fraction of OMMT was 4%,and multi-level stress distributed toughening when the mass fraction of OMMT was 6%,when the mass fraction of OMMT was 8%,it had no toughening effect.
