摘要
综述了近年来丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/碳纳米管(CNTs)纳米复合材料的研究进展,介绍了该材料的不同制备方法和所得复合材料的力学、导电、雷达波吸收、热解及阻燃性能。研究发现,添加少量的CNTs可以大幅提高ABS的弹性模量和拉伸强度等力学性能;降低材料的电阻率,达到永久抗静电型ABS要求;并可使材料具有雷达波吸收性能;同时还能显著改善ABS的阻燃性能。还分析了不同CNTs种类、添加量及预处理方法对ABS/CNTs纳米复合材料上述性能的影响,并对相关机理进行了分析讨论。
Recent studies on nanocomposites of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene/carbon nanotubes (ABS/CNTs) have been reviewed. A detailed introduction was given on their preparation methods as well as their mechanical, electrical, radar absorbing, thermal degradation, and flame-retardant properties. It was found that with addition of small amount of CNTs, the elastic modulus, and tensile strength of ABS were greatly improved; the electric resistivity was much lowered and reached the requirement of permanent antistatic standard. The composites possessed excellent radar absorbing ability and flame-retardant performance. Comprehensive analysis on the influence of different types, addition amounts, and pre-treatments of CNTs on above-mentioned properties of ABS/CNTs nanocomposites was made and the corresponding mechanism was presented and discussed.
