不同水平女子拳击运动员有氧代谢能力及恢复的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨不同水平女子拳击运动员的有氧代谢能力及恢复特点。方法:对24名女子拳击运动员在安静、递增负荷和运动后恢复期三种状态下进行测试。结果:运动员运动水平越高,VO2max越大,说明女子拳击项目要求运动员具备较强的有氧代谢能力;递增负荷过程中各指标的变化具有规律性,表明女子拳击运动员随着运动水平的提高和训练时间的延长,中、低水平运动员的有氧代谢能力具有较大提升空间;运动后,中、高水平运动员的BLa恢复速度快于低水平运动员,说明其有氧代谢能力较强。 Introduction:To discuss the aerobic metabolism ability and recovery characteristics of female boxers in different competitive levels.Methods:24 female boxing athletes were tested by the load quiet、incremental test and recovery after exercise.Conclusion:Female boxing demand athletes possess more strongly aerobic metabolism ability.Incremental changes in the course of each index with regularity,indicating that the level of female boxers as the movement of raising and training time extension,middle and low-level athletes to enhance aerobic capacity with a larger space;Difference of reduction velocity of BLa post exercise reflected better aerobic metabolism ability in high level group.The better anaerobic metabolism ability was,the higher the levels of female boxing athletes were,suggested it demand athletes develop their glycolysis system mainly.
