摘要
采集云南省普洱茶主产地的150份普洱茶样品,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对普洱茶叶的铅含量进行检测。研究表明,所有检测样品中铅的含量为0~5.76mg/kg,5.4%样品的铅含量超过农业部最大限量标准2mg/kg。云南相同主产地的生茶和熟茶中铅含量没有显著性差异。目前云南普洱茶质量安全状况良好;个别普洱茶生产基地的铅残余含量控制情况需引起关注。
In this study,the 150 samples of Pu'er tea collected from the 13 Pu'er tea main producing area of Yunnan were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,to investigate the current safety status of Pu'er tea lead content.The lead content was found to be in the range 0~5.76 mg/kg in all detected samples,with the 5.4% samples lead content exceeding the Agriculture Ministry standards of the maximum limit 2 mg/kg.The lead content was no significant difference between raw tea and ripened tea from the same sources.The results showed that the safety of Pu'er tea was currently in good condition,but the residual lead content control of individual tea production should be concerned.
