摘要
以黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)HYA4为出发菌株,采用紫外线(UV)进行诱变处理。在最佳紫外线照射剂量120s的处理条件下,筛选获得了一株亚麻脱胶酶高产突变株黑曲霉A15。经过连续传接5代,该菌株产酶稳定性良好。固体发酵后聚半乳糖醛酸酶活力达到2854.27U/g,木聚糖酶活力可达97.01U/g,分别比出发菌株黑曲霉HYA4提高了59%和26%。
The Aspergillus niger HYA4 was treated by UV,and 120 seconds was the optimum dosage.The high-yielding strain A15 was obtained by screen.The activity of polygalacturonase and xylanase for the fifth subsequent generation of subcultures reached 2 854.27 U/g and 97.01 U/g respectively,which increased 59% and 26% than HYA4.
