攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿浮钛时磨矿细度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿是我国最为重要的钛资源产地之一,对于选铁尾矿中钛铁矿的回收,浮选是最为高效合理的方式。影响浮选的因素很多,其中磨矿细度是很重要的方面。由于矿石的特殊性质,攀枝花尾矿磨矿产品中最易选的粒级应是-0.074~+0.028mm,而-0.028mm产品恶化浮选现象明显,磨矿时应采取相应措施使得入浮矿浆粒度尽可能集中在-0.074~+0.028mm粒级范围内,以提高最终浮选精矿的品位和回收率。 The vanadium titano-magnetite in Panzhihua district is one of the most important titanium resources in China. Floatation is the most effective concentration method for recovering titanium from tailings. There are many factors affecting flotation, in which grinding fineness is a very important one. Due to the special nature of the ore,-0. 074 - +0. 028mm is the most suitable particle size range for ilmenite floatation. -0. 028 mm is a particte size that can cause deterioration of floatation. Some appropriate measures should be taken to increase particles whose size range is -0. 074 - +0. 028mm, so as to improve the grade and recovery rate offinal flotation concentrate.
