摘要
通过对某地磁铁矿原矿研究表明,该矿属细粒极难磨矿石。原矿经干式磁选抛弃废石后,品位由原来的26.96%提高到29.61%。然后采用两段磨矿、三段磁选流程进行处理。第一、二段磨矿细度分别为0.074mm占40.80%和83.50%,磁选精矿品位为65.87%,回收率为82.16%,选矿比为2.92。最后将磁选精矿用磁选柱进行一段精选,最终精矿品位上升到67.53%。
A kind of magnetite ore proves to be fine particle and difficultly ground through study. Its grade improves from 26. 96% to 29. 61% by dry magnetic separation and discarding of coarser particle tailings. Then two-stage grinding and three-stage magnetic separation follows. The grinding fineness of the first and the second grinding stage is separately 40.80% and 83.50% of -O. 074ram particle contained, the grade of iron concentrate is 65.87%, the recovery rate is 82.16% and the concentration ratio is 2.92. At last, the grade of iron concentrate reaches 67.53% after magnetic column applies to it.
