乙二醛/尿素树脂的合成及改善瓦楞原纸抗水性能 被引量:6

Synthesis of GU Resin and Improvement of Water Resistance Property of Corrugated Paper

摘要 以乙二醛和尿素为原料,制得高固含量的环保性型乙二醛/尿素树脂(GU)。对聚合物的结构和黏度进行表征,并探讨乙二醛与尿素的摩尔比、施胶液的配比、施胶浓度和施胶量对瓦楞原纸强度性能和抗水性能的影响。实验表明,当氧化淀粉与GU树脂的配比为90:10,施胶浓度为6%,施胶量为5%时,瓦楞原纸的环压指数、吸湿后环压强度保留率和裂断长分别提高了215.23%、65.89%和112.15%。瓦楞原纸的质量由D级提高到A级。 With glyoxal and urea as raw materials, GU resin with the characteristic of high solid content and environment-friendly was prepared. The structure and viscosity were characterized. The influence of the molar ratio of G/U, constitution of sizing resin, concentration of sizing resin and dosage of sizing resin on the strength property and water resistance of corrugated paper. The research showed that ring crush index, retention ratio of the ring crush index on moisturized paper and breaking length of paper were raised by 215.23%, 65.89% and 112.15% by sizing resin when the ratio of oxidized starch to GU was 90:10, concentration of sizing resin was 6% and dosage of sizing resin was 5%. The quality grade of Corrugated Paper was raised from D to A.
