摘要
在研究单件小批量制造型企业的运行方式,充分考虑了质量、成本、产值、利润、设备利用率与员工工作强度的关系后,构造了它的生产能力模型.模型中利用约束条件,对质量与员工工作强度等不易数量化的因素进行定量处理,增强了模型的逼近程度.给出了前推和后移式的平衡生产能力方法及协调冲突的解决策略.经过实际使用。
After researching enterprise operation mode and considering the relations among quality, cost, production value, profit, utilized device and job evaluation, a model is constructed. The restriction is used to the rate quality and the jobs evaluation not to being quantified easily, enhanced the approximately of the model. The onwards or backwards move methods are given to balance the throughput and the strategy to harmonize the clash of the plan. The methods are used in the practice, showing very good results.
