摘要
光引起预冷木薯叶圓片叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的显著破坏。低温预处理提高了木薯叶色素对光氧化作用的敏感性。在预冷过的木薯叶圆片中,叶绿素 a,b 和类胡萝卜素的破坏随光照时间的延长和光强的增加而加剧。不同叶绿素对光氧化作用的敏感性不同,类胡萝卜素最敏感,其次是叶绿素 a 和叶绿素 b。在低温处理过的木薯叶色素破坏中,光是一个限制因素。低温后光对木薯叶色素的破坏影响似乎不是一种简单的附加作用,而是一种较复杂的协同作用。
The effects of light on photosynthetic pigments in pre-chilled cassava leaf discswere studied.Light illumination could cause the destruction of chlorophyll andcarotenoid in pre-chilled leaves.The sensitivity of cassava leaf pigments to photo-oxidation was enhanced by low temperature pretreatment.The destruction of chloro-phyll and carotenoid was intensified by the prolongation of illumination time andthe increase of light intensity.The sensitivity of various pigments to photo-oxida-tion was different.Carotenoid was the most sensitive,followed by chlorophyll aand chlorophyll b.These results indicated that light was a limiting factor for pig-ment destruction in pre-chilled cassava leaves.However the effect of light on pig-ment destruction in cassava leaf discs after chilling treatment appeared not asimple additive function,but a complex synergism.
