摘要
以纯化及未纯化的胶孔为原料,采用化学降解法分别制备液体天然橡胶,所有样品都进行分子量、红外光谱及差示扫描量热计测定。结果表明,非胶组分对降解后的液体橡胶分子量有明显影响;化学降解后,液体橡胶分子结构发生了变化,一些极性基团如(?)等已连接上分子链,所以即使在分子量较小的情况下,液体橡胶仍然显示出较高的玻璃态转变温度(Tg 值)。
We employed purified and unpurified latex to prepare liquid natural rubber bychemical depolymerization.All samples underwent molecular weight,infrared(FTIR)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)measurements.Our resultsindicated that non-rubber constituents influenced the molecular weight of liquidnatural rubber obviously.The structure of liquid natural rubber molecules changedafter chemical depolymerization.Several polar groups have attached to rubbermolecules,such as(?)et al..Therefore,the liquid natural rubber exhibited higher value of glass transi-tion temperature(Tg)than the solid rubber although the former possessed lowermolecular weight.
