摘要
以空气作氧化剂,乙酸作催化剂,甲醇作萃取剂,将催化氧化与萃取分离相结合,对催化裂化汽油进行了氧化萃取脱硫研究。结果表明,在空气压力为0.5MPa,乙酸/汽油体积比为1/6,氧化温度为50℃,氧化时间为40min的最佳处理条件下,汽油的硫含量可从574.155μg/g降至106.79μg/g,脱硫率为81.4%,汽油的收率为94.3%。
The process of oxidation and solvent extraction desulphurization of FCC was studied with using air as oxidant, acetic acid as catalyst and methanol as extraction agent. The result showed that the sulfur content of FCC dropped from 574.155μg/g to 106.79μg/g with a desulfurization rate of 81.4% and a gasoline yield of 94.3% under the optimum conditions, such as the pressure was 0.5MPa, the volume ratio of acetic acid to gasoline was 1/6, the oxidation temperature was 50℃ and the oxidation time was 40 min.
