摘要
目的比较研究不同粒度红花粉体的理化性质,确定红花超微粉体的粒度。方法分别考察4种不同粒度红花粉体的形态结构、吸湿性、比表面积及孔容,采用HPLC测定红花粉体中羟基红花黄色素A的含量、液相图谱及体外溶出行为。结果随红花粉体粒度的减小,其细胞破壁率增大,比表面积及孔容增加,吸湿性增加;4种粒度红花粉体中羟基红花黄色素A的含量相近,HPLC谱图相似;D90为65.4与29.4μm的红花粉体溶出度相似。结论疏松的细胞间连接而非破壁是增加红花羟基红花黄色素A溶出的必要条件,红花超微粉体D90宜控制在29.4~65.4μm内。
OBJECTIVE To investigate physicochemical properties of ultrafine powders of Carthamus tinctorius L.and to determinate particle size distribution for ultrafine powders of Carthamus tinctorius L.METHODS Morphology structure,hygroscopic property,surface area and pore volume of Carthamus tinctorius L.powders were investigated.The contents and the in vitro dissolution of hydroxysafflor yellow A and HPLC chromatograms of Carthamus tinctorius L.powders were determined by HPLC.RESULTS With the decreasing of particle size of powders,the cell-wall breaking ratio,surface area,pore volume and moisture increased.The contents and HPLC chromatograms of four Carthamus tinctorius L.powders were similar to each other.Dissolution curves of hydroxysafflor yellow A of powder with D90 of 65.4 μm and similar to powder with D90 of 29.4 μm.CONCLUSION Loose intercellular junction without wall-broken was necessary condition for the increasing of dissolution hydroxysafflor yellow A and the D90 of ultrafine powders should be controlled in the range of 29.4 to 65.4 μm.
