摘要
目的观察不同包装材料的无菌包阻菌效果,分析比较其消耗成本。方法通过储存过程中无菌检验和分析计算方法,对三种包装材料制作的灭菌包进行了评估。结果所有灭菌包灭菌后化学指示标记变色均符合要求。棉布包装组在1周内检验18个包内器械均为无菌生长;医用皱纹纸包装组在1个月内检验18个包内器械全部无菌生长;纸塑包装组在6个月内检验18个包内器械,亦全部无菌生长。采用三种材料组合式包装比单纯全棉布包装节约经费16.29%。结论三种包装材料中以纸塑包装储存期限最长,以棉布包装成本消耗最高。
Objective To observe the bacteria-block effect of sterile packages made with different packing materials and analyse and compare their consumption cost. Methods Through sterility test during storage and analysis,sterile packages made with three different packing materials were evaluated. Results All the color changes of chemical indicators of sterile packages were qualified after sterilization. 18 instruments in sterile packages made with cotton tested within 1 week were sterile. 18 instruments in sterile packages made with medical crepe paper tested within 1 month were sterile. 18 instruments in sterile packages made with paper tested within 6 months were also sterile. The expenses reduced about 16.29% by using three kinds of materials together compared with using packages made with cotton. Conclusion Among three kinds of packing materials the storage life of plostic package is the longest and the cost of cotton package is the most expense.
