摘要
目的了解哈尔滨市医疗机构医院感染管理现状,为改进和提高医院感染管理水平提供依据。方法采用现场调查和回顾性调查方法,对哈尔滨市不同级别医疗机构进行了调查。结果一级医疗机构、妇幼保健机构感染管理各项指标合格率与二、三级医疗机构差距较大;不同级别医疗机构在医院感染管理工作自检自查、建筑布局、消毒设施的配备、消毒意识、无菌观念等项目中,合格率均较低。结论必须将医院感染管理纳入医疗机构质量管理和考核,提高医疗质量,保证患者就医安全。
Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection management in Harbin medical institutions in order to provide the basis for improving the management of nosocomial infections. Methods Field survey and retrospective study were carried out to investigate medical institutions at all levels in Harbin. Results There was a big gap in the qualified rate of various infection control indicators between the maternal and child health care organization,general medical institutions and secondary and tertiary hospitals. The qualified rates of such items as self-examination,building layout,equipment for disinfection facilities,disinfection consciousness,asepsis concept of nosocomial infection management in various levels of medical institutions were low. Conclusion The management of nosocomial infection control must be included in quality management and assessment of medical institutions to improve the medical treatment quality and to ensure the safety of patient.
