摘要
从分析项目及项目知识在政府活动中的重要性入手,提出政府项目知识管理的必要性。依据政府项目知识管理任务要求,基于系统管理思想分析项目知识管理要素,以此为基础构建了政府组织项目知识管理模型,并对其实现方式进行了分析和阐述。
Starting with the importance of projects and project knowledge for government activities,the paper advises government strengthen project knowledge management.According to the government project tasks and requirements,it analyzes the elements of project knowledge management based on systems management thought.Then it builds government-based projects and project knowledge model,and analyzes and explains the implementations.
