摘要
采用"订单式"人才培养模式培养服务外包企业急需的人才,加快了服务外包人才培养的规模和速度。提高服务外包人才培养"订单班"的质量和效益,必须建立一系列管理制度和操作规范,以保证"订单班"在实际运行中具有可操作性和科学性。
It can expand the scale and accelerate the speed of the talents training for service outsourcing to cultivate the talents which are urgently needed by service outsourcing enterprises by adopting order- based talents training mode. In order to improve the quality and the efficiency of the "order- oriented class'facing talents training of service outsourcing, a"orderoriented class'during the actual operation.
