摘要
目的了解复杂电磁环境对作业人员体内维生素A、E的影响,为进一步保障作业人员的健康提供科学依据。方法在某项复杂电磁环境试验任务末期,随机抽取复杂电磁环境作业人员86名为接触组,取其血样,采用高效液相色谱法,测定血清样品中维生素A、E的含量。以与接触组在同一食堂就餐年龄、性别、工龄相近者87人为对照组,对照组不接触复杂电磁环境。通过比较接触组与对照组人员血清样本中维生素A、E的含量差异,分析复杂电磁环境对作业人员体内维生素A、E是否有影响。结果接触组与对照组人员血清中维生素A含量分别为181.5、312.1μg/L,维生素E含量分别为5.6、10.1mg/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论复杂电磁环境使作业人员体内脂溶性维生素A、E的血清含量减低。
[Objective]To understand the influence of complex electromagnetic environment on vitamin A,E levels of exposed workers,and provide scientific evidence for ensure their health.[Methods]In the end of and electromagnetic environmental test,86 exposed workers were randomly selected as exposed group,their blood specimens were collected and analyzed for vitamin A,E levels by HPLC.87 unexposed workers,who had meals in the same canteen and had similar age,sex,length of service with exposed group,were recruited as control group,which were selected in the same mess hall,and age,length of service,sex resembled as the workgroup.Through comparing the differences of vitamin A,E levels between exposed group and control group,the influence of electromagnetic environment on vitamin A,E levels of exposed workers was analyzed.[Results]The vitamin A,E levels of workers in exposed group and control group were 181.5 μg/L,312.1μg/L;5.6 mg/L,10.1 mg/L ;respectively.The differences were significant between 2 groups(P0.01).[Conclusion] Complex electromagnetic environment can decrease the concentration of fat-soluble vitamin A,E levels in exposed workers' serum.
