摘要
Al2O3-C材料具有较好的高温性能,广泛应用于连铸功能性耐火材料。为满足洁净钢技术的发展要求,本文研究了石墨含量对Al2O3-C材料物理化学性能的影响。以不同粒度的电熔白刚玉为主要原料,加入SiC微粉和金属Al抗氧化剂,以酚醛树酯为结合剂,研究了石墨含量对不同温度下Al2O3-C材料物理性能及抗渣侵蚀性的影响。结果显示,碳含量的降低,材料的显气孔率下降,体积密度增大,冷态和高温强度增加。不同碳含量的Al2O3-C材料都显示出良好的抗渣侵蚀性能。
Al2O3-C refractories with good high-temperature properties have been widely used as functional elements in continuous casting of steel. In order to meet the demand of clean steelmaking, the research has been conducted on the effect of carbon content on physical properties and slag resistance of Al2O3-C refractories at different temperature. Fused corundum of different particles size were used as starting materials with addition of SiC and Al as anti-oxidation agent and phenolic resin as binder. The results show that with the decrease of carbon, the apparent porosity decrease and the bulk density increase. At the same time, the cold and hot strength increase. While Al2O3-Crefractories with different carbon content shows good resistance to slag.
