摘要
2007~2009年,在莆田市后海垦区高滩位区采用复合池塘生态系统生态调控养殖技术开展了花蛤反季节高效池塘生态养殖。2007~2008年,13.33hm^2示范塘收获花蛤平均规格为59粒/500g,销售平均价格为4.93元/500g,单位产量为5415.75kg/hm^2,养殖净利润较传统养殖模式(按照净利润18000元/hm^2)的养殖净利润提高了26.80%,投入产出比和净投入产出比分别为1:1.67和1:0.75。2008~2009年,13.33hm^2示范塘和33.33hm^2推广塘生产的花蛤单位产量分别为6042.49kg/hm^2和5850.75kg/hm^2,收获规格分别为50粒/500g和54粒/500g,平均价格为4.8元/500g,较福建省花蛤集中大量上市时的价格3.2元/500g有大幅度提高,示范和推广池塘的养殖净利润较传统养殖模式的养殖净利润(按照净利润18000元/hm^2)分别提高了58.31%和44.82%,投入产出比分别为1:1.97和1:1.87,净投入产出比分别为1:0.97和1:0.87。结果表明:采用花蛤反季节高效池塘生态养殖模式可以大幅度提高高滩位区花蛤池塘养殖的经济效益。
From 2007-2009, ecological controlling culture technology of the compound pond ecosystem was used to develop Ruditapes philippinarum counter-season high efficient and ecological culture in high tideflat of Houhai reclamation area, Putian City. From 2007-2008, the clams were harvested in 13.33hm2 demonstration ponds at the average size of 59 indi./500g, the average sale price was 4.93 yuan/500g, unit output was 5415.75kg/hm2, compared with the culture net profit of the traditional culture pattern (18000 yuan/hm2) , the culture net profit of the counter-season high efficient and ecological culture pattern was enhanced by 26.80%, the ratio of input to output and net ratio of input to output were respectively 1:1.67 and 1:0.75. From 2008-2009, The clam harvests of 13.33ha demonstration ponds and 33.33ha promotion ponds were 6042.49kg/hm2 and 5850.75kg/hm2 respectively, at the average size of 50 indi./500g and 54 indi./500g, the average sale price was 4.8 yuan/500g, compared to the culture net profit of the traditional culture pattern ( 18000 yuan/hm2), the culture net profits of the counter-season high efficient and ecological culture pattern of demonstration ponds and promotion ponds were enhanced respectively by 58.31% and 44.82%, with the ratios of input to output at 1 : 1.97 and l : 1.87 and net ratios of input to output 1:0.97 and 1:0.87. The results showed that by using Ruditapes philippinarum counter-season high efficient and ecological pond culture pattern, the economic benefit of Ruditapes philippinarum pond culture in high tideflat can be greatly enhanced.
