摘要
针对驱动桥桥壳台架试验国家标准中规定的试验工况条件,采用材料力学的方法进行理论分析;利用UG软件建立了某汽车驱动桥桥壳3D几何实体模型,采用有限元分析的方法,在ABAQUS6.8仿真软件中进行有限元仿真分析;并在台架上进行试验测试,求得该驱动桥桥壳的弯曲刚度、垂直静强度,并对分析结果进行对比,其结果误差在10%以内。分析结果表明,该分析方法切实可行,该驱动桥桥壳具有足够的静强度和刚度,满足设计要求。
Following the test condition required by the national standard on the bench test for drive axle housing,theoretic analysis is made by the material mechanical method,3D models for the drive axle housing of a vehicle are established with the software UG.Based on the software ABAQUS6.8,a finite element analysis is conducted,and the simulating several test has been done to get the bending stiffness,vertical static strength of drive axle housing.With the comparison,the error between 10% is shown.The results indicate that the analysis methods is really effective and show that the drive axle housings all have adequate strength and stiffness meeting the requirements of the design.
