摘要
对不同配比的聚合物改性砂浆进行动态抗开裂试验,探讨乙烯-醋酸乙酸共聚物、抗裂剂(KH2)、水泥、双级配填料掺量对砂浆动态开裂性的影响,为配制高抗裂聚合物改性砂浆提供依据。试验表明,聚灰比在0.12左右,KH2掺量2%~2.5%,水泥掺量20%~30%,粗颗粒填料A与细颗粒填料B的比例为1∶2左右均可使聚合物改性砂浆抗开裂性能提高。
By the dynamic crack resistance test of polymer-modified cement mortar in mixture ratio,the influence of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,antimitotic agent(KH2),cement and fillings of two grades on dynamic crack resistance have been studied.It can be used reference for the design of mix proportion of the polymer-modified cement mortars with high crack resistance.The result shows that when 0.12 of polymer/cement ratio,2%~2.5% of KH2,20%~30% of cement and 1∶2 of coarse graded fillings/fine graded fillings,the performance of dynamic crack resistance of polymer-modified cement mortars is improved.
