在某头孢类抗生素制药厂废水处理工程中,采取高、低浓度废水分别处理的方式,对高浓度废水先进行Fenton预氧化后再与低浓度废水混合,采用ABR/SBR/水解酸化/接触氧化工艺处理,出水水质达到了排放标准。详细介绍了设计参数及运行管理经验,可供设计人员参考。
In the wastewater treatment project of a pharmaceutical plant manufacturing cephalosporins antibiotics, the wastewater with different concentrations is treated by different treatment processes. The wastewater with high concentration is treated first by Fenton preoxidation and then mixed with the wastewater with low concentration. The mixed wastewater is treated by ABR/SBR/hydrolysis acidification/contact oxidation process. The effluent quality meets the design standard. The design parameters and experiences in operation and management are introduced to provide reference for designers.
