摘要
针对制药废水的水质特点,通过臭氧预处理将制药中间体大分子氧化为小分子后,采用絮凝沉淀/兼氧—好氧生物处理工艺,可取得良好的处理效果。介绍了废水处理系统的组成、各个处理单元的设计参数及运行操作方式。调试运行结果显示,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。
Considering the characteristics of the pharmaceutical wastewater, the ozone pretreatmerit is first used to oxidize the intermediate with larger molecule into matters with smaller molecule, and then the combined process of floeculation, sedimentation, facuhative anaerobic treatment and aerobic treatment can achieve excellent treatment effect. The composition of wastewater treatment system, the design parameters and operation modes of each treatment unit are introduced. The operation results show that the effluent quality can reach the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996).
