摘要
桥本甲状腺炎(HT)是最常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,可表现为甲状腺功能正常、甲状腺功能减退或甲状腺功能亢进,目前对此类疾病的治疗仍存在争议。本文综合近年来国内外关于HT治疗的研究情况,介绍了限碘、甲状腺激素替代治疗、全身免疫调节治疗、局部免疫调节治疗、他汀类药物及外科治疗的最新进展。阐述了推荐碘摄入量的国际共识及甲状腺激素替代治疗个体化原则的重要性。
Hashimoto thyroiditis （HT） is the most common autoimmune thyroid disease,which can present as euthyroidism, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. Currently, there are still disputes on the treatment of such diseases. This paper summarizes the researches on the HT treatment at home and abroad in recent years,introduces the latest developments of iodine restriction, thyroid hormone replacement therapy, systemic immune regulation thera- py, local immune regulation therapy, statins and surgical treatment. It elaborates the international consensus on recommended iodine intake and the importance of the individualized principle of thyroid hormone replacement therapy.
