摘要
为获得某铀矿的现场堆浸工业试验所需的前期试验参数,对该矿矿石进行了摇瓶浸出条件试验和-4mm、-7mm、-10mm三种不同矿石粒级的小柱浸出条件试验,以及-70mm粒级高柱浸出试验研究,考察矿石浸出性能。试验结果表明:①摇瓶浸出试验中,随着溶浸液酸度的提高,酸耗增大;氧化剂对浸出效果与其种类有关,KClO3和H2O2的加入均能一定改善其浸出效果,提高金属浸出率;振荡浸出时间与浸出率的关系是,浸出时间越长,金属浸出率越高。②柱浸试验矿石粒度对金属浸出率影响很大,矿石粒度越小,金属浸出率越高,渣计浸出率为67.9%-87.1%,浸出性能较好,理想的矿石粒度为-4mm。③柱浸酸耗随矿石粒级的增大而减小,为6.6%-10.4%,耗酸中等,适合酸法浸出。④柱浸试验理想的布液方式为:浸出初期,采用连续滴淋的布液方式,溶浸液采用较高酸度;中、后期,采用间歇滴淋布液方式,溶浸液采用较低酸度。该试验结果能为该矿床堆浸工业性试验有关技术参数的确定提供依据。
The conditional experiments are completed in three kinds of columns for uranium heap leaching.The results show that:①The metal leaching rate is related to the ore size tremendously,the ore size goes smaller,the metal leaching rate is higher,the appropriate ore size is-4mm;②The acid consumptions is 6.6%- 10.4%,the leaching rate is 79.4% - 87.3%,the acid consumptions is lower,it is suitable for acid leaching;③The ideal spraying way is that continual dropping is used in the early leaching period and the intermittent dropping used in the medium and final period.The results are helpful for industry experiments of heap leaching later.
