摘要
探讨了离体细胞中家蚕细胞基因工程人α_1干扰素(rhIFN-α_1)与某些肿瘤药物的相互作用。这些药物包括环磷酰胺8.3μg·ml^(-1),盐酸阿霉素0.008μg·ml^(-1)和5-氟尿嘧啶6.2μg·ml^(-1)。现察它们与rhIFN-α_1;在HL_(60)以及KB细胞中的作用。研究发现rhIFN-α_1;以及3个化学药物单独使用能明显降低细胞的增殖数目及活细胞数(P<0.01),但是,它们相互合用不表现为协同作用,而表现为亚相加或相加作用,甚至在HL_(60)细胞中,150IU·ml^(-1)的rhIFN-α_1与5-氟尿嘧啶6.0μg·ml^(-1)合用呈拮抗作用。
Interaction between Chinese Silkworm cell gene recombinant human interferon-ai (rhIFN-α1) with other antineoplastic agents (including cyclophosphamide 8. 3 μg·ml-1, 5-fluorouracil 6. 2μg·ml-1, and doxorubicin hydrochloride 0. 008 μg·ml-1) on HL60 and KB cells in vitro were researched. The investigative result showed that the cell's proliferating number and living cells number could be significantly decreased in the use of rhIFN-α1 or other antineoplastic agents alone ; however, the synergism had not been showed when rhIFN-ai was combined with any one of three antineoplastic agents, and manifestated as additive subadditive actions, even if it had showed antagonism when rhIFN-α1 150 IU·ml-1 was combined with 5-fluorouracil 6.2μg·ml-1 on HL60 cells.
