摘要
目的:观察参虫胶囊对糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织内皮素-1(ET-1)和血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:制备糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、中药组和西药组,中药组、西药组分别以参虫胶囊、导升明灌服,模型组不用任何药物。测定糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织ET-1和血清MDA含量,以正常大鼠作空白对照。结果:正常组大鼠视网膜ET-1及血清MDA含量最低,中药组次之,模型组最高。各组均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:参虫胶囊能够降低糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织ET-1和血清MDA含量。
Objeetive : To observe the effect of Shenchong Capsule on the content of ET-1 of retina and MDA of blood serum in experimental diabetic rats. Methods:The prepared diabetic rat model rats were randomly divided into three groups, including the model group, the TCM group and doxium group to observe the changes of the content of ET-1 of retina and MDA of blood serum in experimental diabetic rats. The rats in TCM group and doxium group were fed with Shenchong Capsule and doxium respectively and the rats in model group were not given any medicine. Healthy rats were as normal control. Result: The content of ET-I of retina and MDA of its blood serum of normal group was the lowest, its of TCM group was lower than the other two groups( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : The Shenchong Capsule can reduce effectively the content of ET-1 of relina and MDA of blood serum in diabelie rats retinopathy of the rats,relieve the degree and development of DR and regulate function in the whole. All in all, Shenchong Capsule showed the satisfactory effect of prevention and therapy of DR.
