摘要 随着电网的互联,其引发的低频振荡成为危及电网安全运行的重要因素。论述了低频振荡的Prony算法和filter算法,提出一种有效的在线低频振荡算法和低频振荡可视化监视方法,即通过filter算法进行低频振荡起振筛选后,运用Prony算法进行详细数据分析;对分析出的低频振荡信息通过可视化的形式展示给运行人员。低频振荡可视化监视的广域相量测量系统主站向可视化监视系统提供实时数据,采用TCP协议,应用层采用命令帧、配置帧、数据帧和可扩展帧4种类型报文。现场测试结果表明所提出的算法和方法是有效的。 The low-frequency oscillation caused by power grid interconnection is the main endangering factor of its safe operation. Based on the discussion of filter algorithm and Prony algorithm for low -frequency oscillation,an efficient online low-frequency oscillation algorithm and a visualized low-frequency oscillation monitoring method are proposed ,which uses the filter algorithm to determine if the low-frequency oscillations starts by vibration screening and the Prony algorithm to conduct a detailed data analysis,and then displays the analyzed low-frequency oscillation information for operators. The master station of wide area measurement system provides the real-time data for the visualized low-frequency oscillation monitoring system. The TCP protocol is adopted and the command frame,configuration frame,data frame and extendable frame are used in the application layer. Site test shows the proposed algorithm and method are effective.
