摘要 研究姜黄素对H22荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜唾液酸水平和封闭度的影响.建立小鼠H22肿瘤模型,方法采用对照比色法测定H22小鼠红细胞膜唾液酸水平和封闭度.姜黄素可剂量依赖性地提高荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜唾液酸水平和封闭度,且差异显著(P<0.05).姜黄素可能是通过提高H22荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜SA水平和封闭度,进而提高机体的免疫功能而达到抗肿瘤目的. To study the effect of curcumin on sialic acid(SA) and blocking degree of erythrocyte membrane in H22 tumor-bearing mice.Using chromatometry to determine the erythrocyte membrane sialic acid and erythrocyte membrane blocking degree.Curcumin could increase erythrocyte membrane sialic acid level and heighten erythrocyte membrane blocking degree in a dose-dependent manner in H22 tumor-bearing mice significantly(P0.05).Curcumin can be adopted to improve erythrocyte membrane sialic acid and erythrocyte membrane blocking degree,so as to resume the tumor-bearing mice red blood cell immune function and thus achieve the purpose of the anti-tumor.
