摘要
目的了解甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)与甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者血糖及血脂代谢异常状况,同时了解甲亢和甲减患者治疗后血糖及血脂情况分析。方法 40例甲亢和甲减患者治疗前后均空腹12h以上,于清晨抽静脉血检测血糖(GLU)、血脂(甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)水平,进行对比分析。结果 40例甲亢和甲减患者治疗前后血糖及血脂对比:甲亢患者GLU明显降低,血脂明显升高;甲减患者GLU明显升高,血脂明显降低。结论甲亢或甲减患者经过积极治疗,甲状腺功能恢复正常后,其血糖、血脂水平均恢复正常,提示甲状腺激素浓度的异常变化会直接和间接影响患者体内血糖、血脂代谢。
Objective To understand the hyperthyroidism（hyperthyroidism） and hypothyroidism（hypothyroidism） patients,blood glucose and lipid metabolism abnormalities,and we understand in patients with hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism after treatment of blood glucose and blood lipid analysis.Methods Totally 40 cases of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism in patients before and after fasting for more than 12h in the early morning venous blood samples were blood glucose（GLU）,blood lipids [triglycerides（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）] levels,were analyzed.Results 40 cases of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism before and after treatment of blood glucose and lipids in patients with contrast： GLU significantly lower in patients with hyperthyroidism,lipid was significantly higher;GLU was significantly higher in patients with hypothyroidism,blood lipids decreased significantly.Conclusion Patients with hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism after active treatment,thyroid function returned to normal,their blood glucose,blood lipid level return to normal,suggesting that the abnormal changes in thyroid hormone levels will have a direct and indirect effects in vivo in patients with blood glucose and lipid metabolism.
