转化生长因子-β1对大鼠牙周组织中白细胞介素-6、骨钙素水平的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)对大鼠牙周炎模型的牙周组织中白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、骨钙素水平(Bone gla protein,BGP)表达的影响。方法:在成功建立大鼠牙周炎模型的基础上,注射TGF-β1进行治疗,并先后将治疗1、2、3、4周的大鼠处死,取牙周组织标本作切片,观察牙周组织病理变化状况,并采用免疫组织化学法检测IL-6、BGP水平的变化。结果:与正常组相比牙周炎组牙周组织中IL-6表达明显增高(P<0.05),而BGP水平明显降低(P<0.05);各时间段牙周炎治疗组牙周组织中IL-6表达明显低于牙周炎组(P<0.05),BGP水平明显高于牙周炎组(P<0.05)。结论:TGF-β1能抑制大鼠牙周炎模型牙周组织中IL-6的表达,同时对BGP的表达起促进作用。 Objective: To determine the effect of TGF-β1 on the expressions of IL-6 and BGP in periodontal tissues of rat periodontitis model.Methods: Based on the successful rat periodontitis model,the rats were divided into ten groups at random and followed by treatment with TGF-β1for 1,2,3,4 weeks and then the rats were sacrificed and analyzed.Pathological assay and HE staining were used to detect the general conditions and pathological changes of rat periodontal tissues.And immunohistochemical staining was conducted to determine the expression of IL-6 and BGP in rats periodontitis model periodontal tissues.Results: The level of IL-6 in the periodontitis tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group while the level of BGP was lower.Treatment with TGF-β1 down-regulated the level of IL-6 in periodontitis tissues(P〈0.05) while up-regulated the level of BGP.Conclusion: TGF-β1 inhibited the expression of IL-6,enhanced the expression of BGP in periodontal tissues in rats periodontitis model and promoted the regeneration of the periodontal tissues.
