不同麻醉方法对胃癌手术患者细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察不同麻醉方法及麻醉深度对胃癌手术患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将68例胃癌手术患者随机分成两组,单纯全麻组和全麻复合硬膜外麻醉。分别于麻醉前、术毕和术后72h抽取静脉血,用流式细胞术测定T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)的数量。结果:术毕两组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞数量均较麻醉前下降(P<0.05),单纯全麻组下降明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),全麻复合硬膜外麻醉组差异无统计学意义,术后72h各组各项指标均恢复至麻醉前水平。结论:全麻复合硬膜外麻醉与单纯静脉麻醉均可影响患者的细胞免疫功能,有一过性不同程度的抑制,其中单纯全麻组明显。全麻复合硬膜外麻醉明显轻于单纯全麻组。
