摘要
目的比较两种不同排班模式的效果。方法实行以护士长领导下高级责任护士-护理小组长-初级责任护士层级管理梯队的APN排班,并与传统的排班模式比较层级管理效果、交接班次数、夜班次数、拖班时间以及交通费用。结果 APN排班层级管理优于传统排班,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;APN排班在交接班次数、夜班次数、拖班时间以及交通费用方面均少于传统排班。结论 APN排班体现了层级管理,减少了交接班次数以及拖班时间,提高了护理质量;同时,APN排班也存在着夜班时间长,人力不足等问题。
Objective To compare the effects of two shift-planning. Methods APN (a management team with senior primary nurse, nursing group leader and junior primary nurse) mode was performed and compared with the conventional nursing shift-planning in terms of management effect, times for shift, times for night shift, time of shift delay and transportational cost. Results APN was more effective than the conventional shift-planning (P 〈 0.01 ) in that it reduced times for shift, times for night shift, time of shift delay and transportational cost. Conclusions APN manifests hierarchy management and reduces times for shift, times for night shift, time of shift delay and transportational cost and so enhance the quality of nursing. But it has the problems in long-time night shift and short of manpower.
