摘要
目的探讨胆道幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染在胆结石核心形成作用.方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测胆囊结石70例胆汁、粘膜、结石和门静脉血Hp脱氧核糖核酸(DNA).结果检测70例,胆汁、粘膜、结石中HpDNA存在分别为21例,12例(171%)和15例(214%).门静脉血中未检测出HpDNA.结论胆道Hp感染是来自十二指肠乳头逆流.
AIM To detect Hp infection in gallstone patients and itsvalue in stone nuclear formation. METHODS Hp DNA of bile, mucosa, stone and portal vein blood was detected with PCR in 70 patients with gallstones. RESULTS Hp DNA in bile, mucosa, stone was positive in 21, 12 and 15 patients respectively. Hp DNA wasn't found in portal vein blood. CONCLUSION Hp infection of biliary tract originated from regurgition in duodenal papilla. Gallstone nuclear formation may be related to Hp infection.
