摘要
本文从人力资源胜任特征的角度出发,构建了国际连锁经营管理应用型本科人才的胜任特征指标体系,进而描述和分析了国际连锁经营管理本科人才胜任特征的四大子群,即基础性胜任特征群、专业性胜任特征群、拓展性胜任特征群和品格性胜任特征群,为北京城市学院国际连锁经营管理应用型本科人才的教育实践提供参考和借鉴。
This article points out the view of the competency of human resources to build an international chain management application-oriented talents competency index system,and then describes and analyzes the international chain management competency of the four undergraduate human resources sub-groups,eg:group of basic competency,professional competency base,expanding its base of competency and integrity of competency group,which can provide reference of International Chain Management application-oriented talents for Beijing City University.
