摘要
九寨沟旅游高峰期游客时空分布不均,直接造成三个方面的负面影响。一是各界对九寨沟景区严格实行游客限量的诉求增强,二是景区生态环境保护压力加大,三是游客满意度降低。本文在管理熵理论的指导下,拟采用RFID、eB和3S等信息技术,在时间和空间两个维度上对景区游客进行科学分流设计,建立游客高峰期时空分流导航管理模型,以期降低景区景点瞬时负荷,均衡游客时空分布,同步实现景区游客容量增加、环境保护水平提升、游客满意度增大三个目的。
The uneven spatial and temporal distribution of visitors in Jiuzhaigou national park directly results in three negative impacts: stronger demands on strict control of visitor limits in rush hours; greater pressures on eco-environment protection; decrease of tourist satisfaction. Guided by Management Entropy, this thesis applied RFID, eB and 3S information Technologies to design a scientific visitor distribution mode from temporal and spatial dimensions, set up a Navigation Management Mode for Spatiotemporal Separation of Tourists during Rush Hours with a view to decrease instantaneous load in scenic areas or spats, balance the temporal and spatial distribution of visitors and at the same time to achieve the increase of visitor capacity of scenic areas to enhance environment protection and visitor satisfaction.
