α-蒎烯是一种重要的天然产物,可被广泛应用于香料、医药及精细有机合成工业,色谱法是其最常用的分离分析方法。其中,毛细管气相色谱法因其具有高效、快速、高灵敏等优点,在α-蒎烯的分离方法中占主要地位。气相色谱-质谱联用技术可以对产品同时进行定性和定量分析,因此其在天然产品中α-蒎烯的分离及α-蒎烯的合成反应中的应用越来越广泛。
α-Pinene is an important natural product widely used in fragranceindustry,pharmaceutical industry and in the synthesis of fine chemicals. Chromatography is the main method in the separation and analysis of α-pinene. Capillary gas chromatography plays the dominant part in the separation of α-pinene because of high efficiency, high separation speed and high sensitivity. Gas chromatography - mass spectrometry system can separate and identify the compounds synchronously. Now it is widely used in the separation and synthesis of α-pinene.
