摘要
用可见光面阵CCD探测器破坏阈值以下的YAG连续波激光辐照CCD探测器,同时对其成像质量的影响进行了研究,并将其与YAG脉冲激光对可见光面阵CCD的破坏进行了对比。得出了连续波激光对面阵CCD破坏的一些结论,最后对破坏机理进行了分析。
The influence to the quality of array CCD camera′s image formation under the irradiation of CW YAG laser was investigated experimentally, and the damage was compared between the camera with pulse YAG laser. Some results of the damage of array CCD camera with CW laser are concluded. The damage mechanism of CCD camera with CW laser is also discussed.
