病例探索式教学在八年制普外科教学查房中的应用

摘要 为探讨病例探索式教学模式在医学生普通外科教学查房中的应用效果,将2005级40名临床八年制医学生随机分成两组:试验组为病例探索式教学模式,对照组为传统老师讲授式教学模式。通过考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示两组在基础理论知识的得分上试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),学生对探索式的教学模式满意度较高。 To discuss the effect of case--exploring teaching in practice of 8--year program medical students in general surgery department, the students of 2005--eight--year--program were divided into two groups in random: trial group (evaluated case--exploring teaching method) and control group (traditional teaching). The teaching effects were evaluated by exams and questionnaire investigation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in examinational total score between 2 groups,but the students in trial group had a significant higher score in history--taking score. The students exhibited great satisfication to the case--exploring teaching pattern.
