摘要
利用全三维定常和非定常数值模拟方法研究了某型航空发动机风扇在设计转速下的特性和流场结构,分析了串列叶栅的匹配特性.计算和分析发现,串列叶栅叶根处流动分离严重,流动损失较大,设计点附近串列叶栅的总压损失系数约为0.147,近失速时串列叶栅的总压损失系数约为0.215.结果表明,此型号发动机的串列叶栅效率较低,串列叶栅和相应的动叶在叶根处的匹配特性差;非定常研究表明串列叶栅根部载荷随时间波动剧烈.
Three-dimensional steady and unsteady numerical simulations were carried out for a fan with tandem cascades at design rotation speed. The matching characteristics of the tandem cascades and the corresponding rotor were emphasized. Detailed analysis of the fan flow field led to some preliminary conclusions:the matching characteristic of the tandem cascades and the corresponding rotor is bad near the hub region,resulting in serious airflow separation at the suction surface of the front tandem blade at the root region and big flow loss of tandem cascades. The total pressure loss of the tandem cascades is about 0.147 at design point and 0.215 at near stall point. The loads of the tandem cascades fluctuate intensely with the influence of the corresponding rotor wave.
